TRAVEL TIPS TO CHEAP VACATION EXTRAORDINARY EXTRAMADURA SPAIN
Travel Tips to Cheap Vacation, Extraordinary Extramadura Spain
A traveler always passed by Extamadura going to Portugal. This place is seen as something – uninteresting by some. Perhaps they just lack the time to uncover and unwrap the gifts that Extramadura travel can bring to them.
There are three towns that you should acquaint yourself when you are in your Extamdura travel. These are Caceres, Merida, and Trujillo. Caceres’s highlight is the ciudad Monumental. The Romans legacy and ruins is what made Merida a shining jewel. Francisco Pizarro is very popular in Trujillo, the third town in Extramdura.
Caceres is a good town to start viewing old palatial houses, churches and squares. Yet, it was Merida’s treasure of roman ruins that took my heart away. I learned that it was once the largest and beautiful Roman city on the whole of Iberian Peninsula.
The church of Saint Eulalia, Alcazba and various museums collecting the relics and evidence from the past of the Romans and Visigoth are only some of the attractions in Merida.
Nightlife in Extramadura is also sizzling like in any other Spanish City. One good bar is the Taxi in Zafra. Do not be discourage by it shabby look. Once you get the feel of the bar, you will just love it. Tourists really do not go so far in this place but it was the best; the food is great and worth tasting.
Francisco Pizarro was one great conquistador in Extamadura. Following its footstep and century old career is very satisfying. Even a tourist who is not a historical buff would love to hear how one extraordinary boy became great and remembered in history.
For those who love to stay a while and would like to get to know Extramadura; they do not worry for Extramdura accommodations are just great for a globe trotter and experienced traveler.
MADRID A MUST- SEE CITY IN SPAIN
Madrid, a Must-See City in Spain
Madrid is always a dream destination for many. The seat of the Spanish government is located in this city; it is referred to as the sunshine capital of Spain and perhaps rightfully referred to as the city that never sleeps and a gateway to Spain and the rest of the Spanish country.
Madrid of course has some of the finest accommodation that you can pick from. Hotelius indeed has some good one up its sleeves for those who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while on Madrid. Great Hotel Espahotel was rejuvenated in 1995 and situated right in the middle of the Great one via.
I spent exactly 72 hours in Madrid and only enjoyed Great Hotel Espahotel and the surrounding attractions and establishment which are very near the hotel. That is my only glimpse of this Spanish city. Yet, the stay in Great Hotel Espahotel compensated for my loss. The hotel was really good and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
I got to see the Coliseum theatre, Greater Place, Theatre Lope de Vega, Real Palace, Great theatre Via 66, Great via, Monastery and Movistar Theater. Though attractions such as puerta del sol, plaza mayor Madrid, el escorial and royal palace Madrid would be lovely to visit and to my dismay our schedule is far to full for such exquisite places.
One thing though that never disappoints us is the city right after the sun has sunk down. It is bathe with a different plumage that attracts those who love to bask in the moonlight and drink sangria. Yet, grupomatarromera wines are the best! It added a new flavor to our evenings. Our evenings were spent dancing with the nearest discotheque and we made sure that a wine from grupomataroomera is ordered for the group to enjoy.
Our stay in Madrid was the best and well-remembered.
PLACES TO GO IN SPAIN
Places to Go in Spain
Spain is always a good destination for a holiday destination but locating and finding a specific destination for that dreamt holiday vacation could a Herculean task. For those who got carried away from the overloaded information in the web about certain destinations indeed find themselves cheated of the true beauty of the Spanish land.
Barcelona Spain travel is indeed very beautiful and great city but the Spanish heritage does not end there. Parc Guell alone would satisfy a tourist thirst of architecture and history. Not to mention the world-known Picasso museum; Casa Mila and the Sagrada overwhelms anybody who gazes at them and those who knows the history behind each of these architecture or should I say the history in the making?
And if anyone would ask where in Spain that you want to go; of course most people would answer Madrid. The list of places of interest in Madrid Spain is endless. Casa de la Villa, Calle de Serrano, Calle de Hermosilla, Calle de Fuencarral to mention a few of the famous and most visited. And to the surprise of many Madrid accommodation is far more accommodating compared to the rest of the world which encourages more visitors per year.
Yet, we still got to dig for the secrets that Spain has not yet revealed. Your t5ravel does not end in Barcelona for it is only the beginning of Catalonia adventure that could end up discovering and knowing Valencia a few hours ride form Barcelona city. The colorful and vibrant port in Valencia is by far a favorite destination of many. Discover the why and the subtle charm that Valencia has.
Andalusia is always a mystery for some. Each day offers a new kind of excitement to those who had traveled on this region of Spain. But the sights that would be laid on your path is by far so many and magnificent for every tourists that has come to gaze at its splendor.
STAYING IN THE VILLAS OF SPAIN
Staying in the Villas of Spain
Planning to go abroad for your holiday vacation? Perhaps you would want to travel to Spain. If we go abroad, the major concerns that we mostly think of is our accommodation and transportation. Most of the vacationers when traveling abroad prefer to stay in hotels. Well, if your flight would be at the Spain you are advice to stay in villas, condos or apartments. Staying in hotels when you were in Spain is a great idea since you will be more expose to the major attractions that they have. However, staying in villas or condos which are located mostly away from the bustling city could give you the opportunity to learn their language and culture. And practically, staying in condos rather than in hotels is cheaper and less crowded from the bustling city.
Another advantage of staying in condos, villas and apartments while you were in Spain since you will have more time doing the family activities. And most of the condos or villas offer sports right exactly at the ground. Touring Spain through bicycling is rampant especially at the mountainous part of the country. If you were staying in their condos it would be easy for you to access bicycling since most of the condos and villas of Spain is located in their mountainous areas. The tour companies of Spain offer customized bicycle tours, group and individual.
Additionally, though staying in the hotels would let you experience eating the best of their cuisines however it would be costly. This is because of the room service or eating on their restaurants. While staying in the condos would give you the chance to cook for your own since most of their condos or villas have fully-equipped kitchen. And this would also give you the chance to shop in Spain’s local markets and learn about their culture, foods and ways of life.

THAILAND'S NIGHTLIFE

Thailand's Nightlife
Taking Beach Parties to a Whole New Level
It seems that Thailand is famous for 2 things: beaches and partying. Combining the 2, we're bringing you to Thailand's best beach parties.
Full Moon Party
Koh Phangan
The Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan is Thailand's biggest and most infamous party. It's said that some time ago, a group of backpackers were enthralled with the beauty of the full moon from the pristine crescent of Haad Rin beach. They decided to celebrate the celestial splendor by throwing an enormous party. Since then, the Full Moon Party has grown to host up to 15,000 people during the high season (January to March) and several thousand during the low season (June to August.)
This party is spread all over the Haad Rin beach -- and we're not just talking different bonfires. There are serious clubs on this small island all offering a slightly different party vibe. Trance, house, drum and bass, R & B, and funk are all pumped out of state-of-the-art sound systems. There are also lounges filled with soft cushions, stunning views and cocktails for those looking to kick back after-hours. If you're craving a little taste of home, Cactus Bar is centrally located along Haad Rin and plays hip-hop, old-school classics and the occasional rock 'n' roll.
Partying also takes place right on the beach; bodies will be packed on the sand dancing to DJs' outdoor beats. Impromptu fireworks displays compete with the brilliance of the Thai moon. If you're hot, take a swim in the warm Gulf of Thailand waters before heading back to the frenzied dancing.
On the international party circuit, Full Moon is a must, equal with Goa and Ibiza. Before you book your spot at the party, make sure to read the Full Moon Party safety tips and information. If none of the dates for the Full Moon Party fit into your travel itinerary, check out the Half Moon and Black Moon parties. Both of these are on Koh Phangon and promise some of the best music and partying in Thailand.
Patong Beach

What was once Phuket's red-light district, Patong has undergone a serious revitalization and transformation. From beer bars to discos and sports bars to cocktail lounges, Patong is a party town geared toward a younger crowd.
There are several dance clubs and discos in Patong, and while the DJs spinning may not be in the same league as those at the Full Moon Party, they know how to work a crowd and pack the heaving dance floors.
Tiger Club, located just off Bangla Road is a pumping party spot, while Baya Beach is slightly mellower with a tropical theme. While most clubs in Patong are legally obligated to close at 2 a.m., the Safari Club has an indoor and outdoor club, both open till dawn. Safari is located on the outskirts of town and features both live music and DJs.
Patong also offers a lot of live music venues. Saxophone, located on the north end of Beach Road, is famous for its quality jazz, R & B, and reggae. Nearby Rock City offers something for the metalheads with cover bands performing music by AC/DC, The Scorpions, Van Halen and Metallica.
Live music can also be found beachside at The Port at Banthai Beach Resort, where a lively and talented Filipino band plays nightly.
Chaweng Beach
Koh Samui
Chaweng Beach is the place to party on Samui with a range of activities that includes lounge bars, dance clubs and live music. Ease into your night out by grabbing a bite to eat and a cocktail at one of the many European-style pubs that line the main beach road. If you're not hungry, the resorts will happily serve cocktails as you sit outside and watch the sun set over Samui.
Green Mango Soi, or Green Mango Square, is home to Samui's late-night activities. Sweet Soul is a dance club here with nightly hip-hop and R & B tunes that has revelers spilling out into the street.
The Green Mango Club is a converted warehouse, reminiscent of New York- and Miami-style clubs. The 2 main rooms serve up different types of music: 1 playing hip-hop and mainstream while the other pumps house and techno onto the dance floor.
From the dance floor to the dark nooks and cushions of Samui's lounges, Unique Bar is located on Chaweng Beach Road and offers both a street-side bar and an upstairs lounge featuring UK DJs and funky uplifting beats.
Bar Solo provides a slightly different scene; its sleek interior has music, plasma televisions covering your favorite sporting events and pool tables.

WORK & INTERN ABROAD

Other Options for Living Abroad
If your summer or semester abroad wasn't enough to sate your appetite for living overseas, the chance to work or intern abroad is another option to experience another culture and country. Here are some tips on how to research the options and opportunities available:
Overseas Internships
Spending a summer as an office intern usually isn't very glamorous. An internship in a foreign country, on the other hand, can be. Overseas internships are great ways to accrue credits and experience new cultures. To find opportunities abroad, look at online resources like InternAbroad.com or at your school, to see which international cities offer internships geared toward your major. Once you've determined a destination, expect to file the requisite applications and submit your resume. After you've wowed them and filled out more forms for a work visa, you'll finally be on your way to, say, Paris for your dream internship.
Work Abroad
Most people are discouraged from applying for jobs abroad because of the government restrictions and overwhelming piles of documents necessary to earn cash in a different country. Venues like WYSE Work Abroad Association make the entire process easier. Popular opportunities include teaching English abroad and volunteering with various international groups. Another option, which few consider, is working in hostels. Many hire itinerant and cash-strapped 20-somethings to work for weeks at a time. Check with specific hostels for opportunities.
